Using architectural precast concrete has many advantages. One of these is that there is a wide array of approaches to a project. If the goal is to value engineer a project and work within a strict budget, the variety of standard products available at CDI will allow the project owner to achieve this and still maintain the quality of design detail and the quality of the castings. On the other hand, if the goal is to customize a distinct look on a project, CDI has the resources to accomplish this. This means that pricing can vary a great deal and it is suggested that you consult with a CDI Product Consultant in order to accurately price your specific project. The Product Consultants are available to assist with a take-off in order to be able to fully understand your project and accurately reflect the pricing.

There are many variables to consider when reviewing the pricing and budget of a project. The site conditions, construction schedule, and installation procedures may impact the material requirements. Again, our goal is to understand your project and help guide you through the ordering and installation of your material.

There are basic price lists available from this website. These price lists are for commonly used CDI material cast in standard gray color and in CDI’s Modern (Less Void) finish. This will typically be the most affordable option but there are many choices available and we will help you narrow down those choices.
