Fireplace Hearths

The hearth is the area in front of the fireplace. Generally, building codes require at least a twenty inch width (always check your local codes). In addition to providing a fire resistant functional feature, the hearth can be an attractive addition to the fireplace mantel. CDI offers many combinations of moldings and pavers for this purpose.
